We accept payment by credit card, and bank transfer.
We do not allow cancellations.
Exchanges / Refunds
All items are checked prior to delivery. However, we request that pet parents inspect their items upon delivery.
Defect Items: If your items arrive damaged, or have any defects, please notify the delivery person. If you find a defect after accepting your order, please contact us within 2 days after delivery. We regret that no exchanges or refunds will be entertained after the specified duration. Please send us a clear photograph of the defect(s), with detailed description. In the meantime, we request customers to ensure the item is unused, and as much as possible, be in its original packaging.We will get in touch with you shortly to facilitate any exchanges or refunds.
Exchanges must be made within 7 working days after we get in touch with you.
